We have collaborated with Dr. Donna Tyler Hollie and Brett M. Tyler on a number of family and community research projects over the several years we have been associated. I can attest to their research skills, professionalism and impressive results. Donna and Brett continue to contribute to our mission of educating the public on the African American.

I, along with several interested congregants, was blessed by the genealogical research and display of historical artifacts Brother Brett and Sister Donna presented to our members. It was instructive, entertaining and done in a way that even we novices could easily understand. Looking forward to the next Heritage Associates session.

My family origins are, to say the least, mysterious, and researching has been frustrating me for more years than I care to recall. Acting on a recommendation, I engaged Heritage Associates and now couldn't be more satisfied. Within just a few days, Brett redirected our search to the correct county and we are seeing real progress.

In February, 2019, Dr. Donna Hollie, of Heritage Associates, presented a Lunch & Learn to the Staff & Residents of Colombiere Jesuit Community in celebration of African American History Month. Her presentation was educational and captivating, filled with historical details and delivered in an engaging, professional and personable manner. We had a fantastic turn–out of staff and Jesuits. The event was held during staff lunch time which is usually “Nap Time” for many of the retired priests.😊 All expressed sincere appreciation to Dr. Hollie for her expertise.
